Terrace House

Nestled within the serene landscape of Peninsula, this new, ground-up residence is subtly integrated into the sloping hillside. The home embraces its natural surroundings with a unique blend of modern luxury and organic elements.

Sanctuary

The ground floor is conceived as a retreat characterized by cool, atmospheric finishes and a sophisticated material palette. The library, fully buried into the hillside, features clerestory windows and a Mondrian-style cabinetry with library ladder, offering a multifunctional space for reading, displaying art, and hosting guests at the hidden bar.

Elevated Living Experience

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, with a kitchen that introduces the first glimpse of the valley view. A custom designed island has a faceted stone base, a strong element to subtly balance the view. The living room, with multi-directional seating, maximizes the panoramic vistas, while the adjacent terraces invite seamless indoor-outdoor living. The layout is a series of carefully curated spaces, from a private breakfast nook to a terrace lounge accessible by a glass walkway.

Luxurious Private Spaces

The third floor primary suite is dedicated to private contemplation and rest. Here the design intent is to create a luxurious retreat with a minimalist design that emphasizes comfort and seclusion. The primary bathroom extends the indoor-outdoor experience with a sliding wall opening to a soaking tub and shower on a private patio.

Exclusive Amenities

The home has a spa, gym, game room, and media room, providing a full suite of luxury amenities for residents and guests. Beyond the main residence, an ADU/pool house is tucked into the hillside, offering a secluded escape with views over the tree canopy.
